Beschreibung
Since the COVID pandemic and wit the advent of modern technology, increasing numbers of people are able to work from home. However, this tends to be people in knowledge based jobs rather than service or physical jobs. This unit will discuss if this is fair and where things should be done to improve equality in employment.
