Using the infinitive of purpose to explain why we do something: i) I go to the bank to get money. ii) I have a direct debit to pay my bills. iii) I go to the supermarket to buy food. iv) I wear a coat to stay warm.
Description
This unit focuses on vocabulary in the context of money and banks. Learners will listen to a conversation between two friends talking about a banks services that they offer and their customer service department. At the end of the lesson they will also be able use the infinitive of verbs to express purpose.
