Participants can interact as much or as little as they feel comfortable, making it a great space to build confidence over time. The sessions also encourage meeting new people, exchanging ideas, and developing communication skills in a supportive and informal community
Description
Designed to encourage open conversation in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Each session begins with a topic suggested by the trainer to spark discussion, but the conversation naturally evolves through the ideas and perspectives of the learners. Participants from all levels are welcome, creating a dynamic space where everyone can share experiences, opinions, and viewpoints while practising communication in a friendly group setting.
