ERP software can have a huge impact on a company. An indirect impact is that it will change the workforce. There will be fewer manual and repetitive jobs as many of these tasks will be automated. Rather, there will be more complex analytical jobs. This class debates and discusses the way ERP systems and automation can change a company and the people who work there.
