How to provide accurate information for project updates: i) Vocabulary for updating colleagues. ii) Past Simple. iii) Present Perfect Continuous

Grammar

Simple past and present perfect continuous verb tenses: i) We had a meeting yesterday. ii) Sally didn’t answer the phone. iii) We have been discussing this problem for the last few days. iv) She has been working on it since Monday.

Description

When we talk about updates in a business setting, we usually provide information about work that is finished or work that we have been doing. You need to be able to distinguish those two kinds of information and express them accurately, with the right tenses. This is what you will learn in this lesson.
