Past Perfect with the conjunctions so/because to express cause/effect: i) The product had arrived late, so we sent a refund. ii) The customer had complained, so we looked into the problem. iii) The customer complained because the product had arrived broken.
Description
The sales process doesn’t always end when the customer signs on the dotted line. After sales is a key element of developing continued business. This unit looks at the language needed to provide good after sales and continued customer support.
